Suzannah Hoover Bio

Suzannah Hoover is a freelance photographer specializing in Documentary and Photojournalism. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Earlham College (Sociology/Anthropology and Art) and a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design. Her thesis work explored the HIV/AIDS epidemic through the lens of a small social services agency in northern Haiti. Through her work, Suzannah seeks to bring light to issues of social justice and community empowerment around the world by demonstrating the beauty, dignity and courage of her subjects.  Suzannah is currently attending the Corcoran College of Art & Design working towards an MA in New Media Photojournalism.
